About us

A Melbourne group for people who want to move their body and quiet their mind in the same morning. We meet to run or walk a loop around the Tan, then head into the Royal Botanic Gardens to stretch out and meditate together surrounded by greenery. All paces welcome whether you run the full loop or walk it at your own speed, the point is showing up and winding down together afterwards.
