Class Preparation for the All Love WorkshopThe All Love Class is a highly experiential workshop. The energy affects participants on all levelsāphysical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. To help you maximize your experience, we encourage you to prepare, so when these effects occur, you can fully relax into the experience and understand that the new sensations you're feeling are part of the Energy.
Levels of Experience:Physical:
On the physical level, a deep vibration can flow through your entire body. This energy may manifest as either a strong, noticeable physical vibration or a more subtle internal sensation. The vibration can happen quickly, sometimes within minutes of starting the class, and everyoneās experience is unique.
Some will experience immediate reactions, while others may need a few days to connect with the energy or to clear some blockages first.
Almost everyone will feel a deep physical reaction at some point in the workshop.
How to connect with the vibration:When the vibration starts, notice where it begins in your body and bring your awareness fully into it. This awareness acts like a switchāyour attention helps "turn on" the energy. The deeper you feel the sensation, the stronger the vibration will become. It's like turning up a rheostat: the more you allow yourself to feel, the more the energy increases.
Some participants may experience full-body waves or even feel like the energy is pushing them out of their seat.
If you feel unsteady, itās important to lie down immediately to ensure safety. This intense vibration is powerful, and itās essential to care for yourself during these moments.
Note:Itās not uncommon for the energy to feel sensual or even sexual. If you experience this, remember that itās a normal part of the energy flow. Some participants may even experience full-body orgasms during the workshop. This can be surprising in a group setting, but just know itās your own energy expressing itself. Feel free to watch others if youāre struggling to connect at first. Their energy can be contagious and help you shift into your own experience.
Emotional:Emotionally, you may feel waves of different sensations: happiness, sadness, love, anger, or any other emotion. There is no "correct" order of experienceāeach personās journey is unique.
If you feel joy, let it come out in laughter; if sadness arises, allow the tears to flow.
Each emotion is a doorway that takes you deeper into unconditional love, so trust the process and allow whatever comes up. The more you allow yourself to experience these layers of emotion, the deeper the healing will occur.
If shame arises, remember that this is one of the biggest blocks to energy. Allow the feeling and release it without judgment.
Mental:The mental level is more subtle but also potentially life-changing. A mental reset can occur, similar to rebooting a computer when itās running slowly due to too many background processes.
When your mind has too many "background programs" running, it can become sluggish. The energy helps "shut down" these programs, allowing for a mental reset. When this happens, you may feel dizzy or temporarily lose your sense of thought.
It's best to be lying down during this process to avoid falling over if you feel unsteady.
The mental reset brings a sense of beautiful peace and clarity, often leading participants to a state of "enlightenment" or heightened awareness. This state allows you to be in the present moment, free from the noise of the past or the future. Enjoy this reset and trust that itās a process that leads to lasting peace.
Spiritual:Most people come to the All Love Class with the intention of having a spiritual experience. Many are surprised when they also experience deep emotional and physical shifts.
On the spiritual level, the energy may manifest in a variety of ways:
Spiritual Sight: You may see intense light, often so bright it feels like youāre gazing into the sun. Relax into the light and allow yourself to become one with it.
Spiritual Beings: Some participants may see Gods, Goddesses, Deities, or even extraterrestrial beings, often in forms they are familiar with (e.g., if you're a Christian, you might see Christ or angels). Others may connect with Egyptian deities or Buddhist figures, depending on their personal spiritual background.
Spiritual Voice: Some participants speak in tongues or light languages. This may be a familiar language from a past life or something entirely new, but it always carries a deep meaning and context. Common languages spoken in class have included Egyptian, Old German, and even Chinese.
The key is to allow yourself to experience whatever comes, without judgment. The ultimate goal of this experience is to connect with the purest form of Unconditional Love. It might be tempting to compare your experience with othersā, but remember: there is no right or wrong. Your personal journey is unique and valuable.
Final Thoughts:This workshop is a deep, transformative process that involves all aspects of your being. The more you allow yourself to fully experience the energy, the more profound the healing will be. Trust the process, and know that whatever comes upāemotionally, physically, mentally, or spirituallyāis all part of your journey back to love.
