🌿 Cleanse, Ground & Glow: A Reiki Circle Experience

Join us for a sacred hour of restoration, connection, and energetic renewal. This Reiki Circle is designed to gently guide you through a full-body and soul reset — beginning with cleansing the mind, awakening the body, grounding your energy, and expanding your inner light.

We’ll begin with a cleansing ritual to clear stagnant energy, followed by gentle stretching and self-massage to release physical tension and open the flow. You’ll then be guided through a grounding meditation to draw energy from the Earth and fill your core, affirming: “I allow myself to receive healing.”

A prayer of protection will create a safe energetic space before moving into the heart of our session — the group Reiki exchange. During this portion, we’ll practice giving and receiving Reiki energy, allowing collective healing and intuitive connection to flow freely.

We’ll close the circle with a short reflection and sharing, integrating the experience with gratitude and intention.

This circle is open to all levels — whether you are new to Reiki or an experienced practitioner. Each session offers an opportunity to align your energy, deepen your practice, and reconnect with the healing power within.
