This webinar is for managers looking to bring customer-centric mindsets into their teams.

When thought leaders discuss the topic of customer-centricity, they tend to focus on macro-scale concepts from the realms of CX strategy, systems thinking and service design.

Eric is Head of Partnerships at Academy Xi - a training provider specialising in emerging disciplines. He has spent most of his career on the commercial side of digital and design agencies, with some software dev thrown in for good measure.

These days, he co-designs training programs with Xi's corporate and government clients. He can talk endlessly about human-centred design and digital transformation.
