Details

What a great way to kick-off the new year, and this meetup again with an exciting, hands-on workshop to learn The Empathy Flower Process from Megan Davis , Lead Storyteller at Spendlove and Lamb.

Session Overview
In this session Megan will run us through her technique to extract meaningful insights from user interviews. She will run a 45-minute session delving into the art of identifying recurring themes that often lie hidden within extensive qualitative data.

Through this session we will learn to navigate the complexities of user sentiments and needs, ensuring that critical information doesn't remain on the "cutting room floor".

Meaningful Impact

This is an exciting opportunity to learn a technique to help understand and build empathy for users, customers to hopefully lead us to more compelling and impactful solutions.
