I'm excited to annouce our next Tech Career Coaching event.
We have secured two great panellists in Matthew Gribben and Zak Zainal.

A brief intro to both:

Matthew maximises business and revenue growth through IT leadership, digital transformation, and systems engineering. He is a hands-on Chief Technology Officer and Head of Development with extensive experience in spearheading the design and execution of cutting-edge technology infrastructures that enabled start-up and global organisations to scale for continuous growth. He enjoys talking about cyber crime, cyber defence, AI and tech leadership.

Zak is a recruitment consultant from StraightUp. They are a technology recruitment startup who specialise in hiring technical positions across Cyber Security, Cloud and Software Development for a variety of companies. Their customers choose to work with them because they are highly technical, and transparent in how we work and giving back is part of our DNA. Zak enjoys talking about recruitment, fintech and blockchain.

If you have an interest in cyber security, fintech, how to standout in the recruitment process or want to learn leadership in tech, then this event is definitely one not to miss.

Please register your interest in attending this event.

Schedule:
7:05pm - 7:15pm Michael speaks about inspiration for Career Coaching sessions and what they will hopefully achieve.
7:15pm - 7:20pm Everyone in the call quickly introduces themselves and says why they are here.
7:20pm - 7:50pm Questions are asked to Matthew and Zak about their career journeys, what attracted them to work in their particular role and advice they would share to their younger selves. Individualised questions about Cyber and Tech Leadership will be asked to Matthew. Individualised questions about the recruitment process, how to stand out and fintech will be asked to Zak. More questions will be asked and conversation will organically flow.
7:50pm - 8:30pm Conversation opens up to the floor with everyone on the call being invited to ask a question. Those who are new, career changers or graduates will be prioritised.
8:30pm Formally conclude the session. If you wish to stay on the call for another 30 minutes to chat, you are more than welcome to do so.
We will be running a panel format and seeking feedback about what you might want from a Career Coaching event. Your feedback is what will make these sessions get better over time. Please register so we know how many will be attending :)
