Open-source means that anyone can contribute. But when was the last time you sent a fix to CPython, TensorFlow, or any other tool? - It's easy! - In this workshop, the speaker will talk you through how to contribute, with a live demonstration. For senior engineers will talk/walk through tooling-assisted code auditing and automated fixing. For everyone else: setting up a GitHub account, signing commits, forks, branches, pull-requests, and CLAs (oh my!).
