Join us for the next installment of the Melbourne Teams UC User Group!

Whilst we had wanted to continue in person events, due to where we're at with COVID reinfections we thought it prudent to play it safe and keep this quarter's UG online only. Hopefully, we're back to in person events for our November meetup.

This quarter, we'll be covering off on the latest news and updates (so many!), as well as focusing on Microsoft's Digital Contact Centre Platform announcements made at the Microsoft Inspire conference a few weeks back. We'll also have contact centre provider Nice along to talk about their Teams certified solution, as well as their partnership with Microsoft as part of the Digital Contact Centre Platform announcement.

This meetup also falls a week after the Integrate trade show that's being held in Sydney this month. Integrate is Australia's premier annual AV and Integration trade show - Damien Margaritis will be attending and will be sure to have a heap of news to share on next generation meeting rooms and spaces!
