In collaboration with @girlswhoboss (find them on meetup too!), I'll be hosting 8 weeks of Sunday workouts for the duration of my very first 8 week feel-good program. This is a safe, go-at-your-own-pace, workout that caters to all fitness levels, so come as you are! ๐ŸŽ€

Girls Who Boss are doing what they do best and creating opportunities for our members to socialise afterwards at their post-workout coffee catchup right downstairs!!
