Welcome fitness lovers far and wide! I am Neha, a certified personal trainer and a boxing instructor enthusiastic about improving people's lives and teaching them the correct ways to stay fit and functional.

  • What's the purpose of the group?
    The purpose of this group is to bring together the community who has been struggling to get to the gym and want to work on themselves at the same time. People who are desperate to lose weight, stay healthy or progress more, or simply stay functional are the ones that this group targets.

One should know, the tripod of fitness is dependent on 'EXERCISE, NUTRITION, AND REST AND RECOVERY'. It is very important to take care of these three elements to be able to lead a healthy life. People here are so conscious themselves as I see most of them workout/ run all the time.

  • Who should join?
    I wish to see all those people who wish to start their fitness journey and the ones who wish to improve their forms and techniques with outdoor workouts.
    Being able to stay fit just not only needs hard work but also the right work with the right techniques which most of us lose over the period of time.
    So as a Personal Trainer, I feel it is my responsibility to make sure whatever you do, you do it right, pain/injury-free and stay functional over a longer period of time.

  • What will you do at your events?
    I will be hosting events on every alternate day of the week targeting a body part, i.e. Leg Day, Chest and Shoulder Day, Back Day, and Arms and Abs Day to keep a session specifically working on a single part of the body. We will be working out outdoors using our own body weight, strength, and a few added pounds to build ourselves stronger.
    All of the exercises will be scientifically designed to suit all body types. This is a well-targeted and professionally designed workout program that will help you all to achieve your short, mid and long-term goals.
    The flow of the workout session will be:

  1. Warm-ups
  2. Stretching (Dynamic stretches)
  3. Strength training/ weight training (for the specific body part of the day)
  4. Cooldown
  5. Static stretches
  6. Relaxing
    For every fitness enthusiast, it is very important to follow a sequence and a pattern not to be just able to achieve goals or gain strength, but also to stay fit and injury-free in long term.
  • Things to bring in:
    Come wearing workout shoes, a bottle of water, a hand towel, and a yoga mat.
    If you personally own any fitness equipment like a jump rope, resistance band, wrist/ ankle weights, a foam roller, etc., please feel free to bring them in.

So, let's get together for affordable activities in our neighborhood and have fun while we exercise and learn something new.
