Yoga in the park

Yoga in the park every Saturdays from 10am to 11.00 am at the Flagstaff gardens (near the separation memorial in the garden).

There will be guidance from someone too but you can self-guide yourself too.

Beginner friendly. Pay as you feel.

Followed by optional coffee.
