Microsoft has recently released in preview Azure Event Grid, which is a fully-managed hyperscale event routing service. With Event Grid, you can subscribe to any event that is happening across your Azure resources and also to custom events from your own apps. Azure Event Grid is designed to be highly available and to handle massive scale, ensuring consistent performance and reliability.
