D-Pointers and the PIMPL Idiom

The C++ Core Guideline recommends: For stable library ABI, consider the Pimpl idiom.
This month, we'll have a quick chat about ABI compatibility, then look at the PIMPL and D-Pointer idioms.
Doors open: 5:30pm for a 6pm start.

After 6:30pm the elevators won't allow you up to Level 24 anymore.
