Bike:
Any mechanically sound bicycle. Please pump your tyres to firm pressures beforehand as soft tyres could make it a struggle.
Speed: 22 kmh max on the flat
Distance: ~30 km
Route:
We start at Melbourne Exhibition Centre (aka Jeff's Shed) and ride via Docklands on Capital City Trail. Some of this route is on easy gravel walking paths. There will be one or two short hills so make sure all your gears are in working order. We'll wait at the top for anyone walking up the one or two harder ones but it is otherwise an easy ride.
Our return path to town is via Main Yarra Trail to finish at Federation Square but you can head off home whenever you like, of course.
