Influencing other people is a powerful leadership skill, regardless of your role or business.

The greatest influencers understand that communication is less about what you say, and more about what is heard. The best leaders know how people think and have the ability to empathise deeply whilst crafting a message. They can influence not just by flexing power, but by understanding and inspiring others, including peers, stakeholders and their own managers.

In this session, we'll discuss how our brains interpret information coming from others, who we want to influence and how we should best go about it.

The Pillar Leaders community is open to all leaders and top perfomers aspiring to lead. Join this free online event, with 60 minutes of group discovery and discussion, followed by an optional 30 minutes of influence Q&A with your hosts, Dr Michael Larson (PhD, Psychology) and Pierre-Louis Christensen, Apple Leadership alumnus.
