How to Increase your Immunity through Movement
Details
Join us for a unique workshop hosted by Jenny Kuznetsova on how to increase our immunity through movement.
Jenny will share how specifically formulated movements in a modality called Curative Eurythmy are able to bring health and vitality to our physical, emotional and mental bodies. As a result of specific exercises, we are able to bring incredible harmony and strength to our inner and outer constitution and make ourselves more robust to our external environment.
Curative Eurythmy is a movement practice that was introduced to the world by Dr Rudolf Steiner in the early 1900’s. Dr Rudolf Steiner was a Spiritual Scientist and through a gift of destiny was able to bring to the world a movement modality that is relevant to the challenges of our current times.
Due to an unprecedented amount of external forces that are influencing our human journey through life, our bodies are moved into significant chaos and disorder, which ultimately leads to illness and hardship. Curative Eurythmy is able to counter the influences and bring deep calm, incredible clarity and refined order to our entire organism.
In this 90 minute presentation, we will explore how different influences affect our immunity and how illness can manifest in the physical body. Learn how we can increase harmony in our being and thrive with health through movement. Practically, we will experience a sequence specially designed to increase our immunity as well as learn specific exercises that can be practised at home from the Curative Eurythmy modality all aimed at nourishing our system from inside out.
Whether you are looking to support your health, increase your immunity, or simply discover a new approach to wellbeing, this workshop offers valuable insights and practical tools that you can begin using immediately.
