Lattice Graphics Package

Lattice is one of the CRAN project’s recommended packages, and among the earliest packages to be developed. It is also a graphics package which allows users to produce sophisticated displays of data with very simple commands. Come along to hear a little of Lattice’s origins, take a tour of its capabilities and learn how to use some its more advanced functions.

Robert de Graaf is an engineer who became interested in Statistics when he underwent Six Sigma training while working for a manufacturing business in Melbourne’s west, and went on to complete a Master of Scientific Studies in Statistics. More recently he has left manufacturing to join RightShip as a Risk Modeler.
