Melt-the-Ice Red Hat Knit-a-long

You’re warmly invited to a Red Hat Knit-a-Long as we gather for creativity, connection, and peaceful resistance in support of our immigrant neighbors. Knitters of all levels are welcome, and Rev. Naomi will offer knitting lessons for beginners starting at 5:15 PM. Bring needles and yarn with you to participate. You can purchase a ball of red DK (double-knitting) yarn and a 16 inch size 6US circular needle from The Rainy Day yarn store here in Gig Harbor, or online. The pattern is provided. Join us for an evening of joyful expression of "Menneskeverd"—the inherent value of every human being. This event is co-hosted by Fox Island United Church of Christ.
