We will guide you trough dance - meditations, polarity exercises, energy exercises, breath practice, awareness exercises, relaxation, eye-gazing and communication tools to support you to unfold your inner beauty.
A great opportunity to explore your heart’s longings, your bodily reactions, to get to know your limits and learn how to settle them. It is a place for nourishment and relaxation.
No two classes will ever be the same. It's all about you and how you want to relate to yourself and others.
The format is designed to explore many ways to grow and open your life in deeper, realistic ways inspired by the Tantric approach. All levels of experience are welcome.
