These classes are designed to be light-hearted for beginners while still offering challenges for more experienced practitioners.
Whether you’re just starting out or have been practicing for a while, there’s something fun for everyone!
Mats and blocks will be provided, and the class will include a relaxing sound bath during the cooldown.
The venue is easy to reach by public transport and by bike, with covered bike parking available.
