The Pit Comedy Club's Thursday Showcase Presents: Pat House
Details
The Pit Comedy Club is a weekly pop-up comedy club in the back of Flyway Brewing that showcases the funniest nationally touring and local comedians we can find every single Thursday. While many of our headliners have been featured on national platforms such as Comedy Central, The Onion, Conan, Kimmel, Fallon, The Comedy Cellar, Adult Swim, among others, all of them are hilarious, and if you haven't heard of them yet, there's a good chance you eventually will.
This week's headliner, we're excited to announce, is Pat House (Helium Comedy Club regular, Sirius XM)! Pat's a nationally touring headliner who's tightly written, who's set-up punchline structured jokes audiences find relatable. We met him on the road at a festival earlier this year and thought yall had to come see him!
About Pat:
For Philly native Pat House, everyday life is a great source of material. Having spent years bartending and interacting with strangers, he was constantly amazed and extremely annoyed at the ridiculous things people say and do in public. With matter-of-fact delivery and sharp observations, Pat's material is relatable to anyone tortured by the absurdity of others. A regular performer in comedy clubs, casinos, and theaters all over the country, he has been a choice opener for Sebastian Maniscalco, Tom Segura, and most recently, Dan Cummins and Brad Williams. His second album, " I Heard Enough Yesterday ," reached #1 on iTunes and his third album, “ I’m Here ,” peaked at #2. Both can be heard on Sirius XM.
Doors open at 7, show starts at 8.
