We are happy for you to join us to explore profound insights, learning, and self-improvement as we embrace the teachings of the ancient Stoics and apply them to our modern lives.

2:00pm - 3:30pm: Reading and discussion of the Meditations
- We'll read through letters 1-5 together and discuss our practical insights.
