Dinner at Little Petals Chinese and Nerd Nite

Join the Memphis Stoics for a Casual Night Out with Dinner Little Petals Chinese followed by Nerd Nite Memphis at the Memphis Chess Club!

We’re getting together for a laid-back evening of good food, great company, and some thought-provoking fun at Nerd Nite—a series of engaging presentations (think TED Talks, but with drinks in hand).

There’s no assigned reading or discussion topic this time—just a chance to connect with fellow Stoics and enjoy the evening.

**🕕 6:00 PM – Meet for Dinner at Little Petals Chinese (**149 Madison Ave, Memphis, TN 38103) - Please meet here by 6pm so we have time to eat, talk and make our way to the Memphis Chess Club in time for the presentations.

If you cannot make it to dinner, you are welcome to meet us for the Nerd Nite portion of the evening!

About Nerd Nite
Nerd Nite is an informal gathering at which nerds get together for nerdery of all sorts (well, mostly presentations and drinking). Nerds and non-nerds alike gather to meet, drink and learn something new. Each evening, two nerds will give short, fun presentations where they can nerd out about juggling, oysters, Star Trek, philosophy, string theory, Aztec mythology, or some similarly nerdilicious topic. While they talk, you drink, thereby increasing their wittiness, and your IQ.
