Join us for an early-morning reset with the Wyld crew. We’ll meet at Sawyer Park (by the bridge) and start the day with a short trail run (easy pace – just enough to get the blood moving), followed by 10 minutes of guided breathwork, and close with a refreshing cold plunge in the river.
Plan:

  • 👟 Trail Run – gentle pace, all levels welcome (about 15–20 minutes).
  • 🌬 Breathwork – 10 minutes to drop in and reset.
  • ❄️ Cold Plunge – optional but highly encouraged to finish strong.

What to Bring:

  • Running shoes
  • Towel
  • Coat or warm layers for after the plunge
  • Optional blanket for breathwork

💪 This is about connection, presence, and starting the day with challenge + clarity.
