This week we’re rolling with an afternoon Men of the Wyld session. We’ll keep it simple: an easy talking-pace trail run (2–3 miles max) to get the blood moving, some good conversation to unwind, and then an optional cold plunge at our usual spot for anyone who wants it.
Bring whatever warm gear you need — it might be a chilly one, but always worth it.
What to bring:

  • Warm layers
  • Towel if you’re plunging
  • Light trail shoes
  • Water
  • Good attitude

Who’s welcome:
Any men looking for movement, connection, and a solid reset. New guys always welcome.
