Sawyer Sunrise Plunge – Run Breathwork Cold Dip

Start your Friday with movement, breath, and a hit of cold river medicine.
We will meet at Sawyer Park at 6:30am and roll out by 6:35am for a very easy pace trail run along the Deschutes. After that we will drop into 8 to 10 minutes of guided breathwork by the water and finish with an optional cold plunge.
This is a Men of the Wyld meetup for men who want more connection, challenge, and presence in their lives. No one gets left behind on the run and the plunge is always optional.
We will be finished by 7:15am so you can still make work and family commitments.
What to bring
• Running shoes
• Warm layers and a hat
• Towel
• Shorts or swimsuit for the plunge
• Dry clothes for after
• Water or warm tea in a thermos
