Outdoor Boxing Training – Men Only
Weekly self-led boxing conditioning sessions in the park.
This is not a class and not coaching.
Just men turning up to train: shadowboxing, pad work, conditioning and light sparring.
Suitable if you:
– Have some boxing experience
– Are training independently
– Want consistent rounds without gym fees
Bring gloves, wraps, water.
Pads/bags optional.
Respectful, disciplined environment. No egos.
