This is the first session of a new outdoor boxing training meetup.
This is not a class or coaching. Just men turning up to train together: shadowboxing, pad work, bag work (if available) and conditioning.

We’ll run timed rounds and keep things structured but informal. Train at your own level.

Bring:
– Boxing gloves
– Hand wraps
– Water
– Pads or a freestanding bag if you have them (optional)

Some boxing experience is useful, but motivated beginners are welcome if they’re happy training independently.

We’ll train regardless of numbers. If you’re there, we train.
