We focus on:
• Old-school conditioning and strength training
• Boxing, grappling, and combat drills, traditional pankration
• Spartan-style endurance and grit
• Brotherhood and accountability

There are no gimmicks, no shortcuts, no trendy routines. Just sweat, respect, and discipline.

This is a men’s group built on mutual respect and hard work. The goal is to strip training back to its raw essentials—simple, direct, and uncompromising.

What we are not:
• Not a casual social hangout
• Not about egos or showing off
• Not a quick-fix fitness trend
