What we’re about
The purpose of Auckland Men's Knitting Group is to knit socks and hats, and gloves ( these are a bit tricky, dicky)...
When we have a whole basket filled, we will visit the nearby Retirement Village and Hospitals ..and give out free socks and stuff together..have a wonderful time ...play snap, or skittles..
Richard Gere at 74, says, " I have aged, but my heart is still young, we are still the same age in our soul- I know this is the perfect age, every year is special and precious - don't forget growing old, it's a privilege that not everyone has".
