This session explores the learning curve of a Mendix Developer, from the very first steps in the platform to building real, functional applications. We’ll walk through the key milestones, common challenges, essential skills, and best practices that shape the journey toward becoming productive in Mendix.

But this won’t be a one‑way presentation.
Throughout the talk—and especially during the Q&A—we want to create real interaction with the audience. We encourage questions, reflections, and even short hands‑on moments or mini‑workshop interactions where relevant. The goal is to learn from each other, compare experiences, and share practical do’s and don’ts from the field.

🎤 Stefan De Moor – Axians Belgium
Junior Software Engineer with a education in IT. During his studies, he worked at multiple companies as a full‑stack developer, and after completing his internship at Axians, he started his professional career. Switching between Business Central and SAP Business One projects, he began learning the Mendix platform. These are his first steps in low‑code development.
