Mendix Japan Standing Picture Contest 2024

日本人は古来、書、音楽、舞踊のような文化を楽しんできました。絵画もまた、当時の日本人の心を映しています。
その中でも、いわゆる「立ち絵」は江戸時代に浮世絵として大流行しました。現代では「絵師」と呼ばれ、多くの才能を世に生み出しています。
そこでMendixは、「ローコードを扱うプログラマ」をテーマにした立ち絵を募集いたします。手法やサイズは問いません。もしかしたらGen AIを駆使した立ち絵が最優秀となるかもしれません。それもまた現代におけるあり方の一つ、だと思います。
ローコードを駆使してキャリアと世界を切り開くプログラマの皆様、その凛々しい立ち絵をぜひお見せください！
募集期間：2024年4月1日（月）～5月26日（木）23時

• 最優秀賞および優秀賞２点を表彰いたします。
• 最優秀賞の方は、１年間Mendix Japan のイベント・イラストレータとしてご活躍いただきます。

審査方法

• 期限までに提出された立ち絵の中から、最優秀賞・優秀賞2名を決定
• ６月１９日開催のMendix Japan Day 2024にて最優秀賞・優秀賞を発表
• 選者：Mendix Japanおよび外部審査員（Mendixパートナー企業）

Since ancient times, Japanese people have enjoyed culture such as calligraphy, music, and dance. Paintings also reflect the mindset of the Japanese people at the time.
Among them, so-called ``tachi-e'' became very popular as ukiyo-e during the Edo period. In modern times, they are called ``illustrators'' and have created many talents in the world.
Therefore, Mendix is recruiting portraits with the theme of "programmers who work with low code." No matter the method or size. Maybe the standing picture that makes full use of Gen AI will be the best. I think that is also part of the modern way of being.
To all the programmers who are making full use of low-code to open up their careers and the world, please show us your dignified portraits!

Judging criteria: We will judge the following points.

• uniqueness
• empathy
• Era

Award
We will award the Grand Prize and two Excellence Awards.
The winner of the grand prize will work as an event illustrator for Mendix Japan for one year.

Examination method
Two winners will be selected for the Grand Prize and Excellence Award from among the portraits submitted by the deadline.
The Grand Prize and Excellence Award will be announced at Mendix Japan Day 2024 held on June 19th.
