Get our exercise in! Last day before the rain, (🤞).

Walking across coyote valley dam, and further into the forest of oaks, we'll get in 2 miles (of walking) minimum, 4 miles maximum.

Bring water, easily accessible on your fanny back, or sling, or backpack. Bring hiking poles for an extra workout of biceps and triceps. Hiking poles add stability, too.

We have had any where from 2 people to 12 people walking. All are welcome.

We have the habit of starting to walk at 11am. When you sign up we know to watch out for you. The past 10 years have been a wonderful accountability for keeping exercised!
