Tai chi is evidenced based moment therapy. It is easy to learn using safe, flowing circles and have been proven to reduce falls upwards of 58%. No experience necessary and those with walkers and canes are welcome. You can sit or stand and participate within your own ability and comfort.
Jason H. Chan C.P.T,M is a Certified Personal Trainer and Massage Therapist with over thirty years’ experience in restorative therapies and specializes in fall prevention for seniors. Jason teaches numerous classes at local senior centers and has taught Corporate Wellness for the City of Palo Alto and County of Santa Clara.
Try a twenty minute free tai chi for better balance and mobility. choice of 1020am and 10:45am or attend both. Also try other wellness classes thought the morning .
