Thursday Trail Run on the Hartland IAT Segment

This Thursday we will be running the Hartland segment of the Iceage trail meeting at the Maple wayside parking lot. This segment is half pavement and half wooded trail so road shoes would be a good choice but trail shoes will work also. We normally run for about an hour and all paces are welcome to join.
