Group Kickoff

Hi All!

Our first meeting will focus on how we want to organize future meetings and how we see this group being the most beneficial.

Do we want to share articles we've read, recipes that help with our journey, plan outings that might be helpful, etc. ?

I want this to be a supportive and comfortable space for everyone. Menopause can be a rough ride, but together, we can help make it a bit easier.
