This is a local community for women who feel like their body has changed and the usual things no longer seem to work.
This group is for women dealing with things like weight gain, poor sleep, low energy, cravings, bloating, brain fog, mood changes, stress, and the feeling of not being fully in control of their body anymore.
The focus is not extreme dieting, quick fixes, or starting over every Monday.
We talk about practical ways to restore rhythm, stability, energy, food consistency, sleep, movement, and confidence — especially for women navigating their 30s, 40s, 50s and beyond.
The group includes educational talks, discussion sessions, practical workshops, and occasional paid events hosted by Naomi.
Naomi has over 20 years’ experience working with women through fitness, nutrition, behaviour change, body composition, and sustainable lifestyle coaching. Her approach is based on helping women understand what is actually going on first, then rebuilding the right sequence: food, movement, sleep, energy, consistency, and long-term control.
This is a supportive, practical group for women who are tired of being told to “just eat less and exercise more” and want a more realistic way forward.

You may be waking at 3am, feeling exhausted during the day, craving sugar in the afternoon, gaining weight around your middle, feeling bloated, moody, foggy, or frustrated that the things that used to work no longer do.
This is not a diet talk, and it is not about pushing harder.In this live session, Naomi will explain why many women get stuck during menopause and perimenopause, why weight gain is often the last symptom rather than the first problem, and why food, sleep, stress, movement, cravings and hormones need to be looked at in the right order.
