You know those days when the hot flashes are flashing, the mood swings are swinging, and you just need to MOVE and VENT? This is YOUR event! We're lacing up our skates (or just vibing ringside if that's more your speed), pairing up with fellow mommas, and releasing all that pent-up energy in the most empowering way possible.

What's happening: 🛼 Skating fun for ALL levels (yes, even if you haven't skated since the 80s!) 💬 Pair up with your menopause sister and VENT IT OUT 💪 Release stress, frustration, and anything else weighing you down 😂 Laugh until your abs hurt (because Kegels can wait!) ✨ Build connections with women who just GET IT
