What we’re about

The Menopause Well-Being Circle is a welcoming space to:
-SHARE experiences and stories in a non-judgmental environment and learn from the circle's collective wisdom.
-HONOUR the life transition of Menopause through pracxtices that forster self-awareness and self-trust.
-REST and deepen SELF-CARE to embrace the changes with more ease, calm and confidence.
Each circle includes: an opening ritual, discussion and partnership listening, breathing practices, Yoga Nidra for deep rest, creative expression, a circle closing ritual.

If you’re in the midst of perimenopause or menopause, or simply curious about how to embrace this season with a more informed perspective, I would love for you to be part of this community.
