What we’re about
We are a national nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization that was created in order to help men with ADHD find community and acceptance by facilitating virtual and in-person gatherings, raising awareness about men's struggles with ADHD via informative social media content, and providing members with access to experts, tools, and strategies to learn how to thrive with ADHD. NYC is our home base, and so our in-person meetups will be there. However, we will have groups all over, so check them out here on Meetup or join our Facebook Group for more information!

OnlineJoin us every week on Zoom at 6:00 PM Eastern for an evening of connection, learning, and support. Whether you're looking to better understand how ADHD affects your life, share your experiences, or gain practical insights, this group is here for you.
Each session features open discussions, the opportunity to explore challenges unique to men with ADHD, and occasional guest speakers who share invaluable knowledge. It's a judgment-free space to connect with others who truly understand the journey of living with ADHD.
