What we’re about
Sydney-siders like to complain about how hard it is to make friends here and, paired with reports of phone addictions and a 'loneliness epidemic,' it seems like there's a real need for people to meet (in real life!) and make connections.
So: this! We'll meet to talk about arts and culture (books, movies, video games, etc.) but the main point is to meet new people and have community :)
The only requirements for now are:
- Open to all ages
- LGBTQI+ friendly
- Members can be asked to leave if they violate some basic ground rules or group values (e.g. making others uncomfortable).
