An online mens circle, to connect and to evolve together.
Why is it that we find it so difficult to really be honest about our feelings, we all walk around like we know exactly what we are doing and underneath we can feel quite lost, isolated or depressed. There seems to be support groups for just about everything available, but being too specific about a problem tends to miss the bigger picture, everything is connected in some way.
As men we all seek connection, yet we can feel desperately lonely when we have real problems and it comes to asking for help, when we need someone to listen to us we may not have the support structure in place for when we really need to talk. We can often be quite stoic around our loved ones, we endure pain and hardship without complaint and this suppression of our true feelings and emotion can express itself energetically in completely separate parts of our being, sometimes destructively to both self and loved ones.
As modern men we have so many conflicting ideas of what it means to be a man, we are all learning as we go and lucky if we are supported in any aspect of our life. We constantly course-correct to stay in line with the ever changing situations which can leave us feeling exhausted. We live in a world where the energy of masculinity has been abused, our strengths have become our weaknesses and we need to find that crucial balance of energy in our interactions with the world on a daily basis. We need to redefine and perfect ourselves, be shining examples of what a man can be
Somewhere in the sands of time the ancient ritual of the circle of men has been distorted, the practice of sharing space, sharing wisdom, supporting and being supported, shared council and guidance has fragmented into so many sub specifications that the simplicity and beauty of the ritual of the circle is no longer known or accessible to most of us.
Time for a modern online variation of this ancient tradition
The circle represents unity, equality, oneness and stability This is a circle that is available to all men, of all backgrounds and faiths, from all walks of life, we meet in this space as equal and all sharing the commonalities of being modern men, where we we have an opportunity to evolve, connect and to share, to be heard, and to listen. To support us all in becoming what the world really needs right now, a new definition of our roles as men in these times and a personal evolution.
We will gain deeper understanding of our own being and our place in the modern world.
We will discover new depths to our relationships with ourselves and those we love.
We will practice communication at the deepest level and share our inner wisdom.
We will offer our time and compassion and in return we receive what we need.
We will be supported and support each other. We hold space for each other.
We will be the best version of ourselves.
