- decompress, debrief and take the edge off
- learn tools to move forward in your life, as a side effect, by just attending, eg. listening and communication skills, as well as confidence
I have been:
- running Men’s Circles since 2021
- coaching men since 2020
- mentored and trained by Kenny ‘the Man Whisperer’ himself and am in one of his Circles (he’s an Expert, been doing this for 23+ years, is the 'agony uncle' in the i newspaper)
- really benefiting from attending Circles, as have many other men
I run 'Closed groups', for depth and safety, you will get to know the other men (rather than 'drop-in').
The first session is complementary, a taster, to see how well it suits you.
Every Closed Group will have a maximum of 8 men.
Terms run for 6 months (start Jan + July).
