Stronger Men and Women, Living Healthier Lives Together
Hi, I’ve started this group to give men and women a warm place to share ideas, stay motivated, and make new friends while working on health and well-being.
Meet-ups
• Weekday drop-in at 12 : 30 PM (about 60 minutes). Share goals, small victories, or challenges and pick up fresh tips from others. Come whenever you’re free—no pressure to attend every day.
Friendly guidelines
• Arrive sober and considerate—no drugs, alcohol, cigarettes, or vaping at gatherings.
• Speak with kindness; no harsh debates or put-downs.
• Celebrate effort, laugh often, and remember we’re all here to learn.
