March meet-up - Men's Dating Support Oxford

Details
I will wear a daft hat of some kind so you'll know who I am. I'll get a table upstairs.
The evening:
I'm sure it will evolve - but to start with I want to divide it into 3 parts which we'll have time limits for. I also want to hear your feedback on the format, and we can make changes in the future to improve.
1. Complaining
2. Problem defining and brainstorming
3. Setting goals
Complaining - I want this to be a positive group that focuses on solutions, and never forgets we are all just one people struggling - men and women. That said, it's a frustrating world, and some good-natured bitching about a total mess that's occurred is healthy and necessary to be able to accept it and move on to the solution phase.
Problem defining and brainstorming - do you know what the issue you're having is? You're obviously having an issue of some kind or you wouldn't be here. Do you understand it? Maybe you don't and are completely oblivious. Time to get some other brains on this problem and see if anything helpful comes up (it will).
Setting goals - there's no point finding a solution to a problem and then sitting on your arse. Here we will make a statement of what we're going to do differently over the next month. We have to set realistic goals for ourselves. "Overtake Henry Cavill in raw appeal" is not a realistic goal (sorry). But "practice smalltalk" or "get better photos" or "dress better" or "be kinder in how I talk to myself" are. I will note your goals, and in the next meeting we'll have a 4th section - Accountability - where we'll find out how well you implemented the solution and whether it improved things.
