We’ve all had those moments - snapping at the kids over something small, shutting down during a disagreement, or saying something in frustration we wish we could take back.
This group session is about learning how to break those cycles.
We’ll explore why we react the way we do, and how to start responding with more clarity and control - both in parenting and in everyday life.
I’ll also be introducing MAP (Make Anything Possible) and a simple tool called MAP on the Go that you can use anytime to shift frustration, stress, or other emotional triggers in the moment.
You don’t have to share if you’re not ready - listening is welcome. And when you are ready, you might be surprised at how much you take away just by being part of the conversation.
