Before the week begins, let’s get together for a session designed to fill you up with positivity and energy for the days ahead.

This event is for you if you want to:

  • Speak your mind without being judged.
  • Listen to and be inspired by other men's stories.
  • Set your priorities and start your week with intention.

The discussion will be guided by an experienced coach who will ensure a supportive and respectful environment for everyone.

This session is a relaxed, welcoming space where men from all walks of life come together to talk, listen, or just be present in the room.

### What to expect:

✨ Setting personal goals for the month ahead.
Authentic connections and mutual respect.

If this is your first time, it's completely normal to feel a bit unsure. Please know that there is absolutely no pressure to share.

You are welcome to simply listen or join the conversation in a way that feels right for you.
