This is a meetup group based in London (UK) for men who are into self improvement and 'leveling up' in all areas of their life. (Career,relationships, finance, fitness,etc)

Men only.(sorry ladies!). why? From experience, men open up more fuly and honestly about challenges they face in the presence of other healthy, supportive men without fear, embarrassment or shame.
