If you’ve ever taken an ab class, you might have noticed that instructors typically incorporate some stretching before and after the session. I’ve designed a 2 HOUR class that focuses not only on developing and sculpting your abs but also on minimizing post-workout soreness.
My unique approach involves incorporating relaxing yoga stretches between each ab exercise. These stretches target your entire body but primarily help relieve tension in your core.
