Join us for mens nude yoga in Winston-Salem followed by an optional social hour next door.

class starts at 7pm but please arrive early to get settled in. I lock the doors promptly at 7pm.

This class is suitable for beginners to advanced yogis. Classes are held every other Tuesday in Winston-Salem. The location will be left in comments the day of the event.

Please bring your own yoga mat, towel and water bottle
